Won Euro Cup, didn't get added to Champions Cup following season?

I only know this because I have seen my preseason financial requirements for the Euro cup despitee winning it last season?

Will Is get entered to the champions cup as per the real life qualification rule or have SI missed it and will I be doomed to play in the Europa league again Zzzz?

i even tested players the last game where I could have finished 4th to make sure I had my strongest side for the EIRO cup final with Spurs!
 
Spelling is so bad but I'm on the iPhone and it's predicting everything, wrongly
