wondering if theres still captains team talk available?

i love this game but im terrible at it ..... my team are failing as usual and im wondering if the option to have your captain or influential player hold a meeting still available in fm2011 AS it was in 2010 and if so how do u do it?

I think it can be done in the 'Backroom Advice' screen after a bad run of form.
