Hey everyone

I'm playing as Tottenham right now on Football Manager 2011 and I finished my second season 2nd place in the Premier League and I want to go the one better now and try win the Premier League

I need a strong centre back like Vidic I think and a good solid goal keeper.

Gomes, Gallas and King have done a great job but they are on the wrong side of 30 and I need some fresh blood.

I have been given £43 million to spend on the transfer market - My other signings in my first season were - Edin Dzeko, Romelu Lukaku, Mario Balotelli, Mario Fernandes, and Juan Manuel Vargas - I dont want to break and kill the bank for a average signing. I want a up-coming.

Please help!

Neymar? Otherwise look up Raphael Varane for CB, he should be 19-20 so get a scout report. My scouts were convinced he was the next John Terry or something even though his attributes didn't seem amazing to me. GK, go for maybe Akinfeev? Neuer?

There is some good shortlists out there for wonderkids fella
Depending on what leagues you have loaded,
Here's some from my 'specialist' area of Liga BBVA:
Kiko-Hercules AMR
Piatti-Almeria AML/AMR/AMC
Amorebieta-Athletic Club CB
Iker Muniain-Athletic Club ST
Markel Susaeta-Athletic Club AMR
Pablo Sarabia-Real Madrid AML
Muniesa- Barcelona CB
Jese-Real Madrid CM
Keko-Atletico Madrid DR
De Gea- Atletico Madrid GK
Alvaro Dominguez-Atletico Madrid (Think he's your perfect man for CB)
Mario-Villarreal DR
Michel-Almeria DR
Thiago-Barcelona AMC/CM
Other Wonderkids:
Atila Turan-GF 38 (France) Highly Recommended DL
Raphael Holzhauser- Stuttgart AMC/CM
Caio- Botafogo ST

Hope this helped

Phil Jones.
Might not be a wonderkid, but he's quite a brilliant young CB. Cost me around 10mil in the third season.

Sergio Canales has always been a good buy for my arsenal team
paulo henrique or Keko are good attacking players

for a keeper look at some one like david button at man utd, he seems to be first choice over edwin in all my save games

theres lots of defenders but depends on what you go for, and what your other CB is
if you have a tall big guy look at someone that can replicate him when he is playing and look at people that you would think would work well together

Defenders I would suggest either or both Phil Jones and definitely Ryan Shawcross. I signed Shawcross for my Liverpool save and quickly became vice captain after one season, I then became England manager and he is my first choice centreback, absolutely immense and still relatively young if your only in your third season.

Goalkeepers are a tricky breed, Luke Steele could be one for the future and again another player I signed for my Liverpool side.

Also by buying british it'll help with your league/champions league squad quota.

CB : Andrea Ranocchia & Benedikt Howedes (If you set them both to Limited defender - stopper, you have the games best CB duo ever)

GK : Rene Adler , Sergio Romero, DeGea.

Here's some advice, y'know, rather than mentioning amazing players all the time.

Look around Brazil, Argentina for some players. ****, even send your best scouts out for a Wonderkid Hunt [set the age Maximum to about 21, tops.] If their JCA/JPA is at 20, you'll get an extremely accurate report. If they have someone they highly recommend, then look at the report, if it seems good enough for you, then sign him. :)

By signing young players [i.e 18 year olds from South America] you don't have to register them for the Champions League/Europa League, which is a bonus.

christopher samba from Blackburn and Vicent Enyeama very realiable keeper and and can get him for about 875K

Central Defender: Rafael Toloi, Mats Hummels, Neven Subotic, Otamendi, Toby Alderwereld and Funso Ojo.

Goalkeeper: Renan from Avai, Sergio Asenjo, De Gea, Mattia Perin and Leonardo Torres from Newell's

what how did u get 43 mill in the second season ?? I got 600k and i came joint second

This is just my 3rd season starting thats why I got £43 million I'm guessing? lol

Is it me are Arsenal are the unbeatables on that game? it's impossible to beat them. Just not me as Spurs - but no-one can beat them - Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool they seem to sweep everyone over like they have Messi and Ronaldo on their side. 3 times I was beating them 1-0 up and 2-0 up and they end up coming back EASILY.

By the way nice suggestions for the transfer targets guys - appericiate it |)
