wont let me play a match ?

i never had issues before and was in my 5th season when my first pre season game that season, i got through all tactics and team talk but as soon as i press play the match the game stops ? this frustrates me because it now has efected all my games and any new game i start i cant play a match. please help me. it says : xml parsing error! not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of floating_info_state_changed.xml
