won't let my player have work permit

I'm not sure if it is resembling the post speed in this country or not but i got a regen from Liberia when he was 18 and he had finally had 1825 days in England so he would be classed English but it said awaiting paperwork and has done for 100 or so days. Any help appreciated thanks.

i know how to get my player a work permit and i done it the long way by keeping him in england for 5 years but when he reached the 1825 days in england it said awaiting paperwork and has done for 100 days or so

then it maybe his PA thats making the problem. whats the player PA. ?

Don't worry now, i got his paperwork through for it after 115 days of waiting.
