Work ball into box

Isnt there any way to work ball into box without shout?I tried putting long shots off all team on rarely still they dont go with ball in box.Everytime i use this shout they play wonrderfull football and they pass the ball into the net.But if i dont use it then its harder for my players to score.

The easiest way to do it is to start a game with your wizard tactic, implement the shouts and see what instructions that change, both team and player settings. Then, tweak/fixate these settings so that they stay when you remove the shout and then.... save the tactic.

If wanting to know what all the shouts actually do, then this is a good approach to learn, ( without the tweaking and saving part of course)
