Work Permit help

I keep trying to sign Aleksandar Mitrovic but I can't get a work permit for him, is there a way to sign him anyway and send him somewhere on loan or something?

Yes. You have to ask your board for a new feeder-club, and then choose the option for work-permit.

Thanks, how do I send them to the feeder club? as soon as the work permit gets rejected the transfer gets cancelled

You have to have the feeder-club, before you can make the transfer.
When you got the work-permit club, you will have a option to sign the player without work-permit.
But you have to loan him out for a couple of years, depending on the nationality of the feeder-club.
