Work Permit Help

Hi I've done a quick search but not come up with any solid answers on which nation is best to send players out on loan to get around work permit issues, I've seen a few answers saying Croatia but I'm guessing that info is outdated since in the info tab I'm seeing 2880 days required for croatian nationality. Thanks in advance for your help.

Spain requires like 700 something days but i am not to well informed

I just send players to Belgium, they generally get good game time and after 3 seasons you wont need to apply for a WP anymore.

Spain is still 2 years for south americans to gain spanish nationality

depends on where the players are from. South america brazil are indeed 2 years, others are like 3000 days or something
