Work Permit problem...please help?

ok i know the basic rules of work permits but i have signed a player from japan,all signed sealed and delivered he is in my squad and everything but i didnt think you could sign someone unless you can get a work permit? but as i said he is in my squad but i cant play him as he cant get a work permit even tho he has played for japan 98 times.....please help?

I'm not sure about this but I think you should get a feeder team, preferably in Belgium. Once you do send him there so he could get a permit since the laws there are more lenient.

Try offering him a contract. If that doesnt work,send him on loan to your feeder club in Belgium(if you have any)
