work permit problem

so i bought this player that needs a work permit, i bought him on the last day of the transfer window and when he got to my club i wasnt able to use him because it said he needed a work permit. its been a year since this happened and i dont know what to do. any help will be appreciated.

Send him on loan to a foreign feeder club until he becomes eligible for a WP.

i have this probem, with HULK. 22mil, didnt reade news item properly and now have a 22mil beast on lon at genk. anyway to resolve this quicker?

offer him a new contract and the whole process starts again mate and then he will apply for one
