Work Permit question?

I am currently just starting the 2014/15 season with Newcastle and have noticed that the players I have sent out to KV Kortrijk of Belgium for the past 3 and a bit years have not got their work permits due to them not staying in Belgium for the amount of days specified accumalatively but their is not a loan option to make it a 3 year loan so they always come back at the end of the season for a couple of days before getting sent out again.

Is there a way around this or not?


It is even more annoying now as I agreed to sign an amazing Russian regen 17 year old for £10m but he needs a work permit

Just realised the same has happened to me (loaning USA and Brazilians to a Belgium team from Arsenal). I've had a player out on loan for 4 years (kept sending him back) but it keeps resetting the days he's been there... surely this is a glitch?
