work permit/trained players ?????

you have to have a certin amount of players in your squard that have to be trained by your club for 3 years before there 21 if you buy a player thats 17 needs a work permit i loan him to my feeder club for 3 years to get him a work permit to play in england does that then mean he is classed as one of my players trained by my club or does it not count as it was not my club he was at ??????

I think he might still count as player grown by the club..i don't see why SI would bring that amount of sophistication into it and say that it he's loaned out, then he isn't club home-grown. Not really sure about this, I always wondered too
