work permit turned down :S

i have tried to sign several players but all seem to have their work permit denied
this is gettin a bit annoying
any help?
heres a shot of the latest player i tried! is it cos he brazillian

You won't be able to do much about it I am afraid. Because he is Brazilian he is not an EU National so it is likely that the permit will be turned down. Try next season and you may have more luck then.
