Work Permit - Wilfried Bony

I am so frustrated with this game. I am playing as West Ham United and bought Wilfried Bony for a large chunk of my transfer and wage budget. I applied for a work permit and it was refused. I appealed it and refused. Wait 120 days for next application... Meanwhile I am getting hit with injuries and am using an AMC as forward because I do not have a fit striker.... Get to 120 days, make anoter application, and it is refused... Wait 120 days..

Why the **** is it being refused?! He played for Man City and contiues to play as regular international. Does not make any sense!

I don't know whether its a bug or not but if I ever get refused a WP, I just loan the player out to a team where they are guaranteed first team football, make sure I have the 'can be recalled' clause, wait til they have played 5 matches or so, apply for a permit, they seem to get it straight away and then recall the player.

May work for you, it may not, but it has never failed me.
