Work Permit

hi, wondering if anyone could tell me how to get round a work permit decline .. i am rangers and interested in signing nikica Jelavic from RapidWien. i have tried to apeal the work permit for this player 4 times and isn't workin .. could anyone tell me if there is a way round this .. thanks !

Get a belgian or polish feeder club then you will be able to sign the player but you will not be able to play him as he still needs a work permit, so loan him out to your belgian or polish feeder club until he gains nationality to belgium or poland and then you may give him a squad number and play him

yea 3 to 4 years but thats the only way around it mate
