Work permits with in game editor

I am looking to sign Gaston Gil Romero with southampton at the beggining of the second season. Of course he always fails his work permit application, so is there a way to change this with use of the in game editor? I qualifed for the Europa League last season, he is 21 now, and hasnt made any international apps if that makes any difference. If not is there any other way to help him pass his work permit app? Thanks.

Just go on the player. Enter the in-game editor menu. 'Add nationality'. Add English to his nationalities. He won't need a work permit anymore.
