Welcome to my idea - The World Chairman Game.
This is a first come first serve, 16 team game. You tell me what city anywhere in the world you want your team to be from, and what the team name is (none of the stupid punny names, I want stuff like New York United and stuff), what you want your stadium to be called and your kit to be like. You will get a simple 20000 seater stadium, a team with a £5M budget, a wage budget of a reputation of 4500 and an empty team. However, through the game, you'll earn points from match wins, goals, competition wins, award wins and final position. With these points you can buy extra seats for your stadium, raise your budget and raise your reputation, to improve your team.

And then, when all 16 are confirmed, all send me a PM with the name of your chairman, his strengths and weaknesses, and the name of the manager (can be any real manager) you want. If two or more people have the same manager, I will ask them to bid part of their budget for them. If they get the manager they want, they pay out the amount, and the others PM me a new manager that they want. This goes on until every team has a manager. If on a bad run, or it's all going wrong, you can sack your manager, and hire a new one. However, hiring new ones will be limited to managers out of a job.
