Does anybody know a way to create a champions league style cup but worldwide?
at the moment there are 6 different continents, that feed into the world club cup. But it's only the winners that go into this. I'd like to basically make the champions league worldwide. Eg

1 world champions cup
2 world champions cup
3 world champions cup qual
4 intercontinental cup (Europa league style worldwide)
5 intercontinental cup
6 intercontinental cup qual
7 European cup (basically the Europa cup)
8 European cup
capital cup winners.

(Maybe a couple of extra spots too)
I sort of tried creating this but managed to do it an all the rules, only for the competition to never start (I dimmed 2 years)
Also similar to club coefficients European wise, is there a way to do the same worldwide? So if the prem went down it would have less spots, and Mls could gain more? And for club seedlings purposes?
