World class wonderkids 18 or below ?

Hiya peeps

I need super / world class wonder kids of the age 18 or below, Need to develope my own home grown players + also im the end of the first season which i need to rest my key players for bigger games. Bought thiago silva who is magnificent with rotating patners Thomas vermelen and mertersecker. ( not sure of spellings )

Looking to buy a good two or three young defenders. Price does not matter but wages do.

Wonder kids i own - Gotze, M'vlla, Eden hazard... Looking to buy neymar but he is way to much. Will just pick him up but is he worth paying 40m quid ?

Also lately Robin Van persie has be performing really bad... Missing easy chances, hit the bar.. It been like 7 games and no goals by him. Help with this
