So creating/activating leagues and whatnot isn't an issue, and continental rules - with a little time and care - I have the hang of... What I can't seem to get right is editing International Rules.
What I want to do is rejig the World Cup, to have 64 nations compete - guaranteed qualification from every continent... The picture I have in my head is this:
1 nation - Host nation
1 nation - Reigning champions
14 nations - UEFA
14 nations - CONCACAF
12 nations - AFC
12 nations - CAF
6 nations - CONMEBOL
4 nations - OFC
I don't even know if this is possible. Of course, editing the competition itself isn't the issue - but getting it to work with the qualification systems from each confederation, is! Has anyone ever had any success with doing something like this?
