Worried by lack of managerial Discipline

I am doing fairly well with Everton 2011/12 season, however some of my senior players are, as the title suggests, are worried by may lack of managerial discipline and as short term plays they are considering their option...

Not sure why this is... Any help you be welcome...

What is your disciplinary (yellow, red cads) record like, and do you follow the same procedure for reprimanding players for the same crimes?

My general policy:

2 Yellows: Issue warning
Straight Red: One weeks fine
Absence from training: Two weeks fine

just means you forgotten to disipline a player for getting sent off. Just give them a warning everytime someone gets sent off and the problem wont happen again
