This is the worst FM I have played, and I have played a lot of them. I don't even see why we should bother playing with defenders in it because they do absolutely **** all. The strikers hit the corner flag when taking a shot from the penalty box. Wingers still don't track back and they always seem to cut their crosses back. And if you don't have a top class keeper you're doomed, not even an above average keeper will save anything for you.
I wouldn't say I am the best player to play FM, but I am far from the worst. I enjoy playing FM but it's impossible sometimes to have that urge to play it knowing that there is a lot of flaws that just make it a frustrating game.
