Worst Football Manager Careers for real life players?

Whenever I start a new save, I always notice after a few seasons the same culprits seem to never get games, i.e Balotelli, last year and this year, and Phil Jones last year.

Any other examples? Screen grabs would be nice... Also, how the **** do I screen grab?

For screen grabbing - press Alt+F9, the screenshot should appear in my documents/sports interactive/fm 2012/screenshots folder...
