Worthing United

I'm trying to make myself a database where my club Worthing United are in it. I'm in the under 16s and was going to try and edit one of the teams from the bss and change all the players names and stats in order to fit that of the players in my team.

Is this possible? i'm rubbish with editor stuff but have FMRTE but really struggling with that so can anyone give me a run through of how best to do this?
