Worthing Utd - Is it possible

The layout gets better as you go on. :)

Before I start, I did start a story with Worthing Utd before, but unfortunatly my computer died and I couldn't recover anything. So I decided to start a new one.

My aim is to get Worthing Utd into the Premier League. I decided to start without key staff, to make it more of a challenge :)

Will be updating after pre-season with results and transfers, and there will probably be lots!

Just managed to find a lower leage gem. His name is Sylvan Legwinski. He is 35 but has some pretty good stats

I was supprised he actually joined. He said he wasnt interested, but he actually joined :) Hopefully he will turn out a great signing

I enjoyed a good opening game against Westfield. Lets hope I can keep it up! I was very please with everyones performance as it was the first time they have all played together as a team. I was very pleased with the performances of my captain and vice-captain. Hopefully they will keep up the hard work and encourage the rest of the team to do the same.

Rustington - Home

Im looking for more wins over this two clubs. Im expecting to beat both teams by a good margin, and hopefully my players will live up to my expectations.

Not sure if it's just me, but your screenshots are really small, and except for the one with the score unreadable.
Not sure if you took them that small or were the victim of auto-resize, but that is something you might want to take a look at.
 
There are quite small. Im not sure how to resize them so ill add them as attachments, so if people want to see it they can click on it.

Ive enjoyed my first few months as Worthing United manager, and im delighted we have got off to a good start in the leauge. We beat little common 3-0 away from home in our second match with a great performance from everyone. Our final game of the month we played Rustington at home and we drew 2-2. I was a little dissapointed because we we're 2-0 up and Rustington scored in the last minute. Even more annoying was that the player was offside, so the goal shouldn't have even counted! We feel a bit robbed, but thats football. We've moved on, and now we are preparing for our next game against Rye.

I think when you put the images into your album there's a size limit for each.
If your screenshot is too big (dimensions or file size), it get's automatically refitted once you upload them.
Attachments work fine but I feel they kind of take you out of the story (in my personal opinion).
What I do personally I change my resolution to 1024 width and take the screens, that way they won't get resized when you upload them and they fit nicely into your story.

Don't mean to brag, but check out my story so far (link in signature), been given some nice compliments on my layout, maybe it can help you as well (and we have the same newspaper snippet...hehehe)

Hey I'm SCottish and have never heard of them - despite having, in my own humble opinion, a very wide ranging and in depth football knowledge.. :P

lol! Not bad so far! Did you sign Legwinski as a player or player/coach?
 
Hi, I am also in a level 10 game, currently the manager of Birtley Town FC in the northern league division 2. I have started ok, 9 games played and undefeated, well 5 wins and 4 draws but its going well. I will definatly be following this as its great to hear stories from level 10. So hard to get good players as you cant pay and of them and there on amateur contracts etc! is it the same with Worthing?

Yeah it is the same. And when I find a good player he usually leaves a few month later :@

I just found this amazing player too. He has some good physical stats.

We've just finished a long run of cup matches with mixed results. We didn't get as far in the FA senior cup as we would have liked, but we are doing very well in the FA Vase and we are still going stong.
We lost of Vice-captain, Michael Mison the other day too which was a blow. He decided to sign from rivals Little Common.

Ive managed to make the screenshots slightly bigger, but they are still a bit hard to read. Im still working on how to get them bigger. Please post if you know the problem

It the end of october and we have had a amazing few months. We are were on an amazing stretch of 7 wins in a row and we are currently 13 games unbeaten, with most thanks going to Sion. Our powerful striker has scored an amazing 10 goals in his first 7 games at the club!

Our position in the leauge isnt to bad either. We havent played against the leaders yet, but when we do, they better expect trouble! We play them in 28 days and we are ready to hit them head on and take them down!

I am pleased to report that we are currently injury free which is helping us greatly with our promotion quest. I believe, if we keep Legwinski and Sion injury free, we can achieve promotion.
Our young goalkeeper Abatcha he has kept 12 clean sheets in 20 games played, which isnt too shabby.
 
I know worthing! I was born in brigton and grew up in worthing! have you playd worthing, whitehawk or shoreham yet?
