Worthing Utd!

I decided to start a game with my local side Worthing Utd. They play in the Sussex County D2. My aim is to try and get them into the Blue Square South. My first season will be a little struggle as I decided not to add key staff. And also the board has no money for transfers or wages. Lol. Here are some screenshots to show the start of my game.

Finnished pre-season!

I arranged lots of leauge and cup matches to try bring in some extra money. We only won one match but they were good. As a result of all these cups.....

We lost loads of money! :S

Im unsure why I lost money, I should have made about 5k-ish from each one, but ah well. And finally ive made a few signings. I look around the other teams in the leauge and they havent made any, so I should romp the leauge!

I sent my scout to France as you suggested Jack Fulham, but he couldnt find anyone, which was a bit lame. >.>

January update!

Finally got to january and im quite please with the way things are going. Currently 2nd in the leauge, and i've only been knocked out of 1 cup. Hoping to win at least 1 cup as well as the leauge

Ive signed alot of players. I had a funny one where Mick Clark left the club on the 20/10/09 and rejoin my club on the 23/10/09. lol

Its the end of the season, and im very pleased with my progress I came first in the leauge and won the sussex charity cup. It took us till extra time to win it, but we managed to score 2 goals and beat the higher ranked Eastbourne UA

Im happy that we managed to win the leauge as I was struggling to find a tactic that suited my team. I managed to find it in january and we only lost one game between then and the end of the season

My finances are also looking better. We won 10k from the cup and 8k from the leauge. Hopefully next season I will sought out better pre-season matches
