i had portsmouth then aab then everton lost them all i was out of the champions league and by the time the 5th game came i was 20th
i dont know what to do, people on here have given me advice so i have taken that onboard and soon when i get a few more replies i am going to start a new game with someone outside the top 4

1)Be patient you dont get success straight away.
2)Experiment - Make your own tactics/formations of your own and tweak them until you get it right really.
3)Be a 'World Class' team if you are a beginner then work your way up, when you pick up some tips and get the hang of fm then try a challenge and be a championship team and keep getting lower and lower when you get better.
4)Learn from your mistakes aswell, you dont get better if you dont try things for yourself.
5)Dont buy players because they look good, you gotta look at the bigger picture - does he suit your tactics/formation, where will he play in my team,.
6)Have a formation in your head, then buy the players you need DONT just buy and buy and buy
7)get your price range right aswell - eg you have 50m to spend if you trying to buy a player valued 10m try get him for 14m max because if you end up spending like 25m on him, that extra 10m might have ruined your chances of signing the other player you want.(if you get me)
if this advice doesnt help then i dunno what will to be honest.
