Would Anyone Follow This Story?

Iv started a game with lyon and just wondering if anyone would follow.
havnt seen too many Lyon games lately and think itll be quite intersting as iv never managed in french league.
 
I think it's more about the format and the willingness to stick to stories that makes people follow, not necessarily the team.
If you do make a story, do more than post screenshots, make the layout easy to read, and most importantly, stick with it.
I would suggest playing at least one season, taking screenshots on the way, and then when you're still having fun, start posting a story.
There's too many "I got bored after ten games" stories on here.
 
yeah mate get what ya sayin.
i was doing an everton story and it wasnt that i got bored, just luke was also doing one (i should have did some research) and his was just better than mine.

was only my first story so im still learnin how to make them better etc.
 
Adding to Micky Pain's post. Do month updates of your season. So do the results of one month and screenshots of the best player of your team for the month and young player of the month in your opinion.
 
I will be starting my first story on here soon as well. So I will be following the help topics which I looked at. I suggest you do the same.

i am usually english clubs. only foreign team i have managed on fm10 was inter milan wen i moved there from newcastle. however i fancied a change and after lyon knocked real madrid out of champions league last night i decided they were my team.

Ye go with a team thats passionate to you! makes it flow much better and able to expand on your story with outsider knowledge from the game.

and if you look at some of the most followed stories you should see how stories can be made individual. for some its quite boring and mundane, so they stop writing after a bit. But if you like creating and displaying your results then you should do fine.

most regular users will follow a fair few stories. im sure one about lyon would be followed closely

dont worry about getting followers, if it's a good story then yes, people will follow. My stories have no followers, but i know they're not the best in the world,due to a lack of detail. After looking at a few other stories though, my next few updates will be very different, and hopefully i will end up with more followers.

dont want to pointlessly start new thread and get wrong :P haha
 
Really agree with KA5A8IAN it's not about number of comments or followers, it's about you enjoying yourself creatinga record of all you've achieved to look back on later.

Personally, if someone wants me to stop reading their story they should post moaning about the lack of followers - switches me off instantly!

GL with the story when you start it bud, I'll be sure to drop in for a look but start it on a new thread.

(While we are on the subject of stories... why don't SI do something about this corrupt save problem I keep reading about - I mean it's never happened to me but reading some of the stories on FM base it seems to be rife! :P)
