Would greatly appreciate a helping hand

hi im new to this forum (my very 1st post)

i was just wondering if i could get some help with an issue i have:

ok so ill start a new game and save it then close fm12 completely

when i restart i load up my save file and it brings me to the game status screen

and i dont know if its just my own pure stupidness or an actual glitch/error
but i cant navigate my way back to my clubs overall screen...

note:
ive tried uninstalling and trying again but no luck any help?
