Would like to know some info on BAP's

I've recently noticed a lot of BAP's threads and I really wanted to be part of one but unfortunately everyone that started one had all spots filled, so now I really want to do one but lack any kind of knowledge about them, I am pretty good when it comes to the editor, just don't know anything about BAP's - can someone help or let me know if they're setting one up in the near future, cheers in advance!

You have to put a template up, when people fill it in, you create a player in the editor using the details that were filled

Sorry I shudve been more clear, I know about the templates and such but i just wondered how to simulate the whole way through, do i go on holiday with an unemployed manager or something?

Yeah, then update evey 6 months or so
