Would Sanogo develop better if he played for Barca?

Im currently in my first season with Newcastle. I bought Sanogo in the summer and Barca have just offered me £7M. I'm unsure as to whether I should sell him with a buy back price as he maybe would develop better there?

Jeee, never thought about him not wanting to comeback in which he obviously wouldn't. My bad.

like every young wonder kids, they need a lot of game time . if he goes to bacra, then he'll probably be in the b team so he get gametime and develops more too.

i would still keep him though, and just play him as a super sub, and start games against smaller teams, mainly in the cup games plus make him available for the reserves games.
