Would These 3 Work?

Not a comparison thread ;)

Just wondering how a center midfield 3 of Vidal, M'Vila and Mouassa Sissoko would work....

I've only managed Sissoko (class) and would like to know if these 3 could all play at the same time. Seen the other 2 mentioned quite alot but usually as DM or Box to Box players.

Would these 3 be too similar? Would they create enough chances?

If anyone has managed one or all three could you let me know what theyre like or how I could expect them to work as I want to start a net game against my mates and was thinking of making this midfield up :)
 
yes it would :)

M'Vila - Dm - Support
Vidal - Box to Box
Sissoko - Box to Box

my new Midfield for United in my 2nd season is:

Jucilei - Dm - Support
Hamsik - Advanced Playmaker - Attack
Fletcher - Ball Winning - Support

that would be a good Midfield :)
 
Cheers Raikan. Any idea what formation I should use in general with these 3? Not used Vidal or M'Vila as I said, but I've read good things on here.

Are they all hard working players? I love players to have a high work rate, specially in midfield!

Maybe get Anan as a cheap back up player aswell....?
 
They could work together I guess, you'd definitely keep possession and make a lot of tackles but maybe the creativity is lacking..... Unless you have some great fullbacks who can bring the ball forward, wingers in your formation or a centre forward like Rooney who does a lot more for the team than just goals.

But yes, in the right circumstances they could be very good at dominating the big european teams.

Also, would these 3 go to a team like Aston Villa?
 
Villa have a lot of cash I think :) they have bought alot of players from me in the latest patch...

Vidal will set you back at least 18million and you are going to lose to City as they usally buy him!
M'Vila is also quite expensive on the latest patch... so it Sissoko

I would assume that all 3 would cost you close on 43million!

Yes they would I have singned Sissoko in the past for Villa, quality player, got quite a few goals to wich suprised me.
 
Yeah Sissoko scores long rangers all the time!! Consistantly class when I manage him, looking to get similar players!

Well I'm hoping Villa have the reputation to bring these in. Might not get them all at once but I'd like to build a team with those in the middle eventually!

Would this midfield be creative enough?
 
On 11.3, M'Vila cost me around £15m and Vidal went for around £19m.
 
Vidal will offer you enough goals and go forward, this Midfield would offer great resistance in the centre, I would ask them to learn switch balls to other flanks and use very Creative wingers with someone like Bent upfront would be perfect...

and Sissoko for around 11 or 12million :) 43 million as said earlier :)

Good side that, a lot of pace going forward but very sturdy with MVila and Sissoko. A lot of creativity with Vidal though :)
 
Sombody upload me Vidal and Mvilla shots pleaaaase ;)

On our net game, were now going to FMRTE everyone a decent amount of cash to make it a bit more fun :) so hopefully can get these from the start!

Anybody used Gabby as an AML? He was a beast for me as a striker..

Could this be a decent counter attacking side do you think?
 
having Sissoko and Vidal feeding passes through the centre with M'Vila winning the ball back for you in the gap between Defence and Midfield = Perfect...

get that tactic I linked, it would be perfect for Villa (just change tha Cml role and the St role to Poacher)

new Amr I would suggest looking at someone like Thigao Neves - Al Hilal or even Harry Novillo - Lyon who is extremely quick and turns into a great player...

Who have you got as a striker for United? I dont usually like to play one up front and Im not sure if Bent would be that great (although I've not managed him)
 
I have Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck and sold Berbatov and bought in Vagner Love for the 1st time in my Fm Career :) have quite a few good (real) youngsters as well...
