Wow! Juan Carlos Rocha!

Hey all, I'm currently in my 4th season at Chelsea (2011) and just signed this guy called Juan Carlos Rocha (bolivian)... he's a regen but he's got amazing stats. Has anyone else got him?

it should be the other way around, but then again he has great strength and decent at heading
