Wycombe Wanderers help!

So I've started playing the football manager demo with the mighty wycombe but Its all going wrong tbh, I play a 5-3-2 with wing backs and play balanced with counter but I cant seem get a win! so I was wondering if any of you lot knew of ways in which I can start getting some wins

Im playing a 4-3-3 that i adapted to Barcelona in the demo and its working alright for my Wycombe team. im lying 12th after 10 games which isnt bad considering we're predicted 21st i think
