As for the quality you can try it for free (You can watch Sky News) to see.

I think it's about £33 a month if you want Sky Sports.

Yes, as long as you have the Sky Sports/ESPN packages.

As it's monthly I think it's worth trying it for a month and if it's not what you expected just cancel.

If you (or somebody you know) have Sky can you not just set up a Sky player account at no extra charge?

i have sky in my house so i got it free for my xbox and it really isnt worthing paying for, the picture some times can be really bad and pause depending on the internet and stuff i would not recomand paying over a £10 a month as your better of just buying it for your normal tv
