Xml documents, how do i make one????

I have made a config file using word and i tried to save it as a xml document, it seems it needs to be as all the other configs are using them to path there kits/logos,

i have a logo and a kit i want to insert

unique id 1394632649

if someone cud explain how to make one or do me a config, xml would be great

please help if you can, would really appreciate any input

Just open up Notepad then enter all the information you want in the document. Then when you click to save it in the box type "config.xml".
