XML Parsing Error? -.-

Didnt know where to put this but, I just came back from a break from fm and some XML parsing error is scaring me dunno whats wrong..here are some pics any1 know a solution? is it something to do with extracting player faces or something.

im pretty sure that is the same thing, it seems it happens to quite alot of folk.
