XML parsing error

Every time I load the game up I have a pop-up appear that says not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1.... how can I get rid of this pop up?

If your on windows 7 Click on start in the bottom corner copy and past this into the search bar.......%localappdata%/sports interactive/football manager 2014......click on football manager 2014 then delete the preferences file....this will deffo work
