XML parsing error :@

looked at nearly every help thread, but didn't help what so ever.
i dont have the settings folder, and yes i didn't enable 'show hidden folders' still wasn't there.
i downloaded via steam... any one have any solutions?

i have a decent solution, i dont know how to fix.. it but if you create a new user on ur pc and download steam the error doesnt occur.
