XML parsing error!

I tried loading up my Arsenal game but it came up with XML parsing error!

It said not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of last_saved_game.xml.

What should I do?

I had this happen just the other night
I read that if you have windows 7 (or a send it to someone who does) right click it and go to restore or something then it restores it to a few days ago, although when i tried it said no restoration point
Other than that, its a new game for you unless you have back up saves
