Yes, another Lower League Management

i am really trying to get into a league 1 save, but am struggling immensely! have done many standard games but my tactics are really unsuitable, as my results show :S

i have built my squads around my previous tactics but still poor results; tactics serving me well in lower prem teams.

i have read endless guides but just cant get my tactic right !!!!!

are there any downloadable tacs that peoplehave used in league 1, and would recommend ?
