Koeman leaves Southampton.

Ronald Koeman has left Southampton after what is believed to be a major disagreement with the board over the policies for the new season. It was said that the Southampton board see youth as the way forward and instructed Koeman to sign large numbers of young players for the club. However, Koeman argued he wasn't going to restricted to who he bought and has now officially left the club.

What now for the club? Katharina Liebherr has called a press conference to announce the new manager of Southampton.

KL: Ladies and Gentlemen, you have been waiting for a long time and we are proud to announce Enzo Florenco as our new manager.

KickTV: Mr. Florenco, how do you feel about being announced as Southampton manager.

EF: Well, as anyone would be, I am thrilled to have such an opportunity.

BBCNews: How do you feel about the restrictions that be placed against you at the club.

EF: I have always be a fan of a challenge.

SkySportNews: Surely you can't win anything with kids?

EF: We'll see...

For this save I am putting the restriction on myself that anyone over the age of 23 will have to be sold and if they can't be sold then they will be placed in the under 21's. Therefore leaving me with a team of kids. I will only be able to sign players under the age of 23. Any advice about the idea or just the presentation would be hugely appreciated as this is my first story.

Nice idea Enzo. Are you limiting yourself to only using players until they turn 23 too? I.e selling any transfers in once they become 23?!

Once a player turns 24, they will no longer be eligible for selection. :)
