Hello, I am currently managing Russia on FM2011, I have 3 players who you should buy based on my current save.

Igor Akinfeev - CSKA Moscow - Brilliant goalkeeper who makes some great saves.
Alan Dzagoev - CSKA Moscow - Brilliant young ACM/CM who if played in the right style will score goals.
Alexandr Kerzhakov - Zenit - Great striker who will get you goals.

People will know Dzagoev and Akinfeev because they are 2 highly rated players on FM that everyone keeps an eye on.I probably wouldnt have know about Kerzhakov if it wasnt for his display against Ireland IRL at the Aviva.
