Young box to box mifielder needed

I'm currently managing man utd and need a young box to box midfielder,usually play fletcher in this role but hes either getting injured or suspended and id like to buy a player that i could mould in to him or even be a better player.budgets not an issue either but im not looking to spend too much

These are the best young box to box midfielders in the game. However if you could get away with a playmaker instead id go for Andrea Poli or Paulo Henrique
