I just started with Liverpool and as I must have 8 players trained in england for 3 years in my squad, I'm looking for good and cheap players for the future. They shouldn't be expensive like Ross Barkley and Rodwell.

Nathaniel Clyne and Wilfried Zaha, from Palace, turn good and shouldn't be overly expensive (They will ask for some 5-6m for them though). Jack Butland is arguably the best English keeper in terms of PA, and isn't expensive either, 2m should do the trick. Tom Cairney, despite being declared for Scotland, is home grown, and often ends up being a good player.
