Young English Striker

Going into my 3rd season with Man City and need a good young English Striker to play back up to Suarez and Aguero. Looking for someone I can play in cup games and bring off the bench and who will one day maybe take over from the strikers I have.

I have ?15 million and he needs to be homegrown for the EPL
