Young Essien Style Players

I'm looking for players the same style as Essien. So, they need to have great levels for, work rate. stamina, determination. They must also have good tackling, pace and strength and reasonable passing and aggression. They should also have a max age of 22.

Anyone got any ideas?

Find Essien in game, go to 'Scouting' then 'Create player search filter from' then a list will appear.
