young player stats

hey guys, im playing a custom scenario , basically i started in the moldovan lower leagues with a team and changed so they had 20 youth facilities and training facility's and my trainings at least 3 stars on each but my young players stats are rele inconsistent on month the will rise then fall back down to where they where or further any suggestions how to stop it?

You have to bare in mind not all players that come through the youth at any player are good players if you get a good player then theres certain ways to make that player good check out the 'Player' forum to tutor young players otherwise be patient and you'll should hit the jackpot with atleast one player once you under how to train them etc.

Also the number of stars is relative to your reputation and league. Once you're in the higher leagues and better reputation you notice that your 3 stars are actually half a star. If developing players and moving up the ranks is your idea of fun use geniescout to find good young players.
