Young Players For Arsenal ?????

Ive Started a new game as Arsenal on the 9.3 Patch and im trying to find some great class young players and im not having much luck so does any one know any great young players who can grow into good players for me.
I have 12M but could get more if needed

guardado - winger
camacho - defensive mid
sakho - center back

train vela as much as possible and walcott

i trained walcott to beat offside trap and him and vela work wonders..

vela as the creative spark and walcott playing the 'pippo inzaghi' role getting in behind the defence..class.
