Young Players Rejecting Tutors

Its seems that 90% of the time my young player "stand by what they say" and reject is there anyway around this?

You need to get players with similar personalities.

and use the 3rd option when asking them to reconsider...

make sure they:

1) play the same position (at least accomplished)
2) have similar (not the same) personalities, you cannot ask a Spirited/Jovial player to tutor a short tempered player.. etc etc
3) see what personalites the youngsters have, volatile, unprofessional etc...
